Jon Metzger
Founder
Jon is originally from Rossville, Indiana. He graduated with a BA from Purdue University, and a JD from Western Michigan University -Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has a passion for shepherding projects in his adopted hometown of Detroit, Michigan. He has produced features, a short film, documentaries, and television series. He and his wife Sara have two adult children.
Justin Wilson (J Will)
President and Co-Owner
Comic J Will is a Detroit-born comedian, actor, and host known for his dynamic storytelling and charisma. A fixture in the Midwest comedy scene, J Will hosts the popular podcast The Weed Bar, has appeared on The Breakfast Club, hosted radio shows, and tours alongside names like Amanda Seales and Katt Williams. He’s starred in films such as Buffed Up and The Mule, and recently produced a multi-night “WILLAPALOOZA” event in Detroit in which he recorded both a clean special and raw special on back-to-back nights. Known for energetic performances, flawless timing, and authentic Detroit delivery, he’s quickly becoming a national comedic force.
